Joe Romano is a classically trained chef yet like so many before him, Joe’s first mentors were the women in his boisterous Sicilian family, his mom, grandmother and great grandmother. Following an exciting run as a player on the US soccer team in Amsterdam, Joe followed his true passion, providing first class culinary experiences, and embarked on another journey which lead him to NY, Las Vegas, and now Bozeman.
Joe brings immense experience owning and operating elite establishments with impeccable service that require attention to every detail. While in Las Vegas, Joe put his soccer experience to work, building a local soccer club and establishing and growing the now famous Mayor’s Cup Soccer Tournament. We are lucky to have Joe’s expertise he gleaned on and off the soccer field. Bozeman is lucky to enjoy Joe’s food at his fantastic restaurants Urban Kitchen and Nina’s Tacos & Tequila.
